Hello, my name is Nikki. I'm an Oregon Licensed, Phi Certified, Cosmetic Tattoo Artist specializing in Microblading. I studied with and was trained by the European based Phi Academy to become an authenticated PhiBrow Artist. I also offer 'Microshading' or 'Combo Brows', which is a technique that combined traditional tattoo shading with Microblading. Tattooing freckles is another service I always love doing!
