Falconette may no longer be the owner of Rose&Dagger, but he is still an invaluable member of the RAD team. Eli set the standard of what to expect from a Portland Tattoo Shop thanks to his discerning tastes and expectations of the artists he chose to employ.

Eli’s tattooing shows a flawless execution of the traditional tattoo style, but still incorporates modern themes and pop culture references. His work is lighthearted, humorous, and precise. It demonstrates the type of skill you can only gain as a seasoned veteran of the tattoo industry.
